Tariff refers to the tax levied by the domestic government through the customs on the goods when the goods enter the country through the customs from abroad.

All products on the Happycooking.world site are displayed with tax included in the price, so customers don't need to worry about tax. In most cases, the shipping company used by Happycooking.world will handle the duties on their behalf, and customers can simply sit at home and wait for their shipment to arrive.

What to do if you receive a duty payment notice

Since some countries do not accept customs duties paid by the shipper, the recipient (customer) may receive an email notification of "Duty Payable". Customers can choose between the following two methods:

Option 1: Pay customs duties by yourself and refund the relevant amount (faster method)

Customers can pay the customs duty online through the link in the email, and the shipment will be cleared and delivered to your home. Please email the payment receipt (such as paper or screenshot) to order@happycooking.world with the order number, we will refund the amount of customs duties paid to you within 3 working days with a refund email, the amount will be returned to the payment method you placed the order. Note that some payment methods such as Visa/MasterCard take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on the customer's monthly statement.

Option 2: Let Happycooking.world handle it

Customers can also choose to forward the tariff email to order@happycooking.world to us, please indicate the order number in the email, and we will process the customs payment within 3 working days.

If you have any questions during this period, please feel free to contact us via email order@happycooking.world, we will reply you as soon as possible, thank you!
