Return Arrangement

In general, once all orders are confirmed, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

If due to specific circumstances, after negotiation between the customer and the customer service, the return can only be carried out when both parties agree to return, but note that the returned product must be in a brand new status and with complete packaging, including accessories, packaging, manufacturer's carton and all accompanying documents or materials, the bundled gifts, otherwise the cancellation will not be accepted, and the returned shipment will not be returned to the customer.

All returns and cancellations are subject to a handling fee of 20% of the value of the item, and the returned item must be returned by the customer to the following warehouse address. After the item is received and inspected, it will be refunded within 14 days after deduction of handling fee. The amount of the product is given to the consumer.

3 Days Appreciation Period - Defective Product Replacement

If the product itself is defective, or the product is damaged during delivery, the customer must notify us within the appreciation period of 3 days after receiving the shipment. You need to take a photo as proof, email to, and briefly explain the situation. Once it is confirmed that the goods are defective, we will arrange for a replacement, and the postage will be paid by us. Note that the replacement will be sent by surface mail.

Once more than 3 days Appreciation period, order exchanges will not be accepted, and the remaining 27 days of the warranty period will be entered . Please refer to the next paragraph for details of the warranty terms.

At the same time, if the product is already used, return will not be accepted. If you find that the product itself is different after unpacking, please contact the customer service staff as soon as possible during the appreciation period to make arrangements. (Please make sure to have the receipt attached to the shipment.)


30-Day Warranty - Return for Repair

All orders have a 30-day warranty period from the time the customer receives the shipment. The time to collect the shipment is subject to the time of customer pickup recorded by the courier company. If the product is found damaged during the 30-day warranty period, the customer can choose to send it back to the warehouse for free repair, and the postage for returning to the warehouse must be paid by the customer; after the repair is completed, we will resend the product by surface mail, and the postage for this section will be paid by us.
